All return and refund requests must be submitted through our dedicated page: Return & Refund Request. Once you submit the form, our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

1. Return & Refund Window

You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. After 14 days, we may no longer be able to offer a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be included .
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

Items returned used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund or no refund at all.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Return requests submitted after the 14-day window.
  • Items showing signs of use or physical damage.
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, or accidents.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through the Return & Refund Request page and provide photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

After reviewing your case, we may issue a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Once you fill out the form, our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

6. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times vary).

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

9. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • An incorrect item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

In these cases, we may cover or reimburse return shipping costs after reviewing the claim.
